Store Policy

PRE-ORDERS

To share our excitement with you, we made this book available for pre-order. However, this also means that products are listed on the website before they are available for shipping or curbside pickup. 

Based on your preferred delivery service, orders will be processed 2-4 business days after the official release date depending on our  volumes and your selected delivery service. 

All customers will receive an order confirmation email upon payment and consecutive emails to keep you updated about the delivery details of your order. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Trinity Media House will not be processing returns or exchanges for any orders made on the store. Please verify all details before your purchase and we are sure that you will be blessed by your package!

DAMAGES

All orders are packaged thoughtfully with love, however we will not be able to guarantee how it will be handled by the carrier. If your order was damaged upon delivery, please send an email to orders@trinitymediahouse.ca so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
