These are purchases made before the release of a product. Therefore, when you place an order on our store you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received. Upon product release, you’ll receive another email with delivery details on when you can expect your order.

Yes, but only before your order has been shipped. Please send an email to orders@trinitymediahouse.ca with your order number and updated address to process the change.

Once you submit a referral, we’ll send your referee an email informing them about the Fearless book and how they can purchase it. We’ll also let them know that you referred them.

To carefully package your order, you can expect a processing time of 2-4 business days before we hand send your package with the shipping carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and preferred shipping service which will be displayed at the checkout.

Yes. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the delivery information including the tracking number. If you have any issues with your tracking number, please send an email to orders@trinitymediahouse.ca

If you selected curbside pickup at checkout, you will receive an email informing you when your order is ready for pickup. The email will also include all details that you will need for a successful contactless curbside pickup.
